2026 CAMOFEST VENDORS
Bay City Main Street is accepting applications for the 10th Annual Wild Game and Wine Camofest to be held Saturday, January 31, 2026 in Historic Downtown Bay City, Texas. Camofest is seeking unique artisans and vendors whose products reflect the spirit and theme of the event.
Vendor Fee: (Received on or before January 5, 2026)
10X10 space $75.00 10X20 space $100.00 20X20 space $150.00 Food Vendors $200.00
Must have current, Health & Safety Certification & Food Handlers Permit
Late Vendor Fee: Add $50 (Received after January 6, 2026)
Please review all application instructions carefully and note that the deadline for submitting the application for Camofest is January 5, 2026. Please submit your applications as early as possible to make sure there is still a spot available. You will be notified of acceptance by email. Fees will be returned only to those applicants not selected.
All vendors selected to participate will be notified by January 16, 2026 by email along with instructions for the day of the event.
Camofest is looking forward to showcasing the best Texas has to offer.
The following items are required for the application:
• Your entry fee mailed to Bay City Main Street
• A copy of Texas Sales Tax and Use permit
• Current photos of vendor products and overall display
Camofest is an outdoor event and there are no refunds for inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel prior to January 5, 2026 – 100% refund
Cancel January 6 to January 15, 2026 – 50% refund
Cancel on or after January 20, 2026 – No refund

If chosen as a festival vendor you must be available to set up on Saturday morning and tear down Saturday evening, according to assigned times. At the end of the event, no vehicular traffic is permitted on festival grounds until after clearance by festival officials.

Personal Tent Requirements
• No holes, tears, rips or otherwise unsightly damage
• Must fit into the space allotted (10x10, 10x20, etc.)
• A recent photograph must be sent in with your application for approval
• Must be free standing, i.e. require no stakes into the ground
• Must provide a way to secure tent, i.e. sandbags
• In addition to these requirements, you, as the vendor, are responsible for all setup and tear down of personal tents.
• The vendor is responsible for all tables and chairs
• Hand Sanitizer will be always available on table.
